Pintxos (pronounced peen-chos) are small, gourmet snacks originating from the Basque Country in northern Spain near San Sebastián and typically served on a slice of bread and secured with a toothpick (or “spike”). Unlike traditional tapas, they are often displayed on bar counters and eaten as part of a bar-hopping crawl (txikiteo), commonly featuring ingredients like seafood, cured meats, and peppers. 3 iconic wines @txakoliameztoi and @bodegasluberri and multiple different small bites! 40 bucks!
