Asia 2026
Back home after an inspiring trip to Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan.
Traveling to the other side of the world to experience these places, connect with the culture, and meet so many lovely people has been something truly special.
It was an honor to play my final DJ gigs here. Thankful to everyone involved who made this tour possible, and of course for the warm welcome everywhere I went. I will never forget these past weeks.
I will be back later this year with my new album.
Love!
Coming Friday, we delve into @oudekerkamsterdam for @minimal_collective presents: Post-Space

Reminiscing the finissage of TIJDSDUUR with Loek Frey & Harald Uunk (Live) in interaction with Boris Acket’s EINDER / Wind installation in the Aula of De School.
Since the day Loek (@loekfrey ) & Harald (@harald.uunk ) met, their friendship evolved through studio-binging sessions where days could pass without the need of any verbal communication. “Each new project simply starts with exchanging sounds in the studio. We literally interact with each other on the spot and grow together somehow.” Loek tells us when explaining their synergy behind the controllers.
This organic roleplay came to life when the Dutch sound composers had their debut live performance at De School last October month. In harmony with EINDER / wind, which is a collaborative project between Acket (@boris.acket ) & Lumus Instruments (@lumus.instruments ), the end show of the finissage became an intuitive interplay between a group of artists.
Expect more in collaboration with these makers in the future, examining the meaning of media art in our current times with an inspiring group of artists and thinkers.
Thanks to Amsterdams Fonds voor de Kunst (AFK) for supporting our event and research.
‘Add Interaction' has officially been released along with a video clip designed by visual artist Tharim Cornelisse.
This video emphasises the spatiality of Loek Frey’s sonic world. A never ending generative void filled with otherworldly spaces that seem to be ancient, but futuristic. The structures echo the organic, but digitally crisp details found in the song and the rest of the EP.
Full video available on the Omen Wapta YouTube via the link in bio.

I want to thank @tharimcornelisse for his amazing video. It is really impressive to see how he translates the music into his art and vision for graphics. Such an honor to work with him.
