Ahead of Friday nights label showcase with @tempa.ltd at @strange_brew_briz , we caught up with Bristol based producer @axle_sound and asked him for some of favourite releases from the Tempa discography & a few words about the label…
“I’m honoured to be representing Tempa at one of my favourite venues in Bristol. It feels like a real full circle moment. This label was my gateway to Dubstep through Skream! and Diary of an Afro Warrior. It continued to inform my taste over the years and was a big inspiration for my own label - Dimeshift.
This isn’t a definitive top 10 however it does cover a lot of personal highlights which regularly make their way into my sets, plus a few deeper cuts.”

Bristol based artist @josi_devil has been on our radar for some time, however last year was some what of a breakthrough year for him, releasing a very strong EP with @hessleaudio and another project via @nervous_horizon titled ‘No More’, which has been supported regularly by the likes of @joy_orbison_ , @ben___ufo , @interplanetary_criminal93 , @notion_dj & more.

This Saturday at @strange_brew_briz we host @neffa_t , a DJ and producer who’s been crafting his sound for the past decade, but has been turning heads more recently for his mind-blowing technical ability, mixing seamlessly across 3, 4, 6, and even 8 decks.
Known also for his eclectic selections and genre-blending mixing, Neffa-T’s extended set will give him room to explore the full spectrum of his taste; flowing between the likes of dubstep, footwork, techno, grime, hard groove and more. Expect precision, energy, and serious dance-floor heaters all night long ♨️
