In the weeks leading up to the Berlin Marathon and throughout race weekend, we had the pleasure of representing @NewBalance and @NewBalanceRunning . At the NB Clubhouse Kiosk on Unter den Linden 40, we hosted a series of five community runs under the title “LOAD 7@7 .” Over the course of the campaign, more than 780 runners joined us to build excitement for the marathon together. Alongside post-run snacks and drinks, participants also had the chance to test the new FuelCell Rebel v5. We also celebrated the opening of the New Balance Run House on Kurfürstendamm with a special Opening Run. With over 250 runners taking part (registrations had to be closed early due to high demand), the event marked an energetic and successful launch of the new space at Kranzler Eck. It was a complete success and we’d like to extend our thanks to @NewBalance EMEA for their trust and collaboration. We had the opportunity to create a concept for @Salomon.DACH and bring it to life together with our running club @LOADBERLIN , with the goal of bringing GRAVEL to Berlin. After 1.5 months of planning to ensure everything ran smoothly, it turned out to be a complete success. The one-of-a-kind GRVL event took place at the beginning of August in Grunewald and offered a mix of running, side quests, teamwork, picnic, summer vibes, snacks, drinks, and swimming. LOAD 01 YEAR → Impressions 🫧 #LOADBERLIN A year full of kilometers, many conversations, sweat-inducing hours, sporting activities, Picnic Runs, shared moments, and a growing community — Connect the Dots. On one hand, it’s already been one year; on the other, all of this has emerged in just one year. We thank each and every individual who is part of our LOAD community. It’s more than just running together. We’ve only just warmed up and have many ideas for the year and the future. We’re taking it slow, just as our first slogan said: “Slow but Steady.” We look forward to seeing who will join us on this journey. We spared no expense and offered and organized plenty for our one-year anniversary. From a very central location to a new running route to the Flakturm in Humboldthain (Gesundbrunnen), we were able to offer many delicious treats.
