my very first art show — first of many — and decided to show off this beauty ✨
to be vulnerable for a second, i used to never be comfortable sharing my work beyond its 5x7 or 8x10 page world or on social media, nothing ever felt “ready”. i have surrounded myself by people in the last couple of years who have very much helped me shift that feeling of discomfort and fear of judgment into motivation and excitement. i’m feeling proud of myself as an artist more and more everyday.
and immensely proud of what @artfonfa and what we & the rest of the @thisisthebff team did to bring this show to fruition at @officialdadance — was so happy to be a part of set up! the vision was fulfilled and the future is bright ⭐️
new year with big love 💫 this year was both equally life-changing (of the ‘uprooting my whole life’ variety) and soul-filling. lil kiwi’s feeling elevated 🥝, i have my health, my work, my passions, and the souls that inspire me and that love me as i love them. thank you 2022.
