Year 3 of recreating albums that shaped me..
‘Faithfully’ by Faith Evans ⭐️
6 year old me thought she knew everything about love and heartbreak. Before I knew what art direction or storytelling meant, this sound of R&B had already left its imprint on me. Faithfully was one of those albums that taught me to feel through sound and express through visuals. This year’s recreation is a love letter to that. Thank you @therealfaithevans 💐 happy Halloween!

@ayanni.w and I wanted to hit up Eastern Market After Dark and we absolutely had a ball. I have no idea what I loved more.. seeing my friends as vendors or the displays they’ve created. Either way, black culture was the center of it all. Detroit culture. This is what happens when art + community meet.
