Goodness, wasn’t it just yesterday I was standing out on this beach with the tiniest little bump, dreaming of the day I’d share this girl’s future? 🥹 Back to Little Gasparilla Island with Miss Anna Charlotte (named after Charlotte County) Simonds, the 4th generation to call this spacial place home in our family. Her great grandfather and great Grammy are smiling down on us, I just know it. This is also the first time we’ve been down where she is walking independently, and golly how amazing it is to see her explore the island in her own way! Shells! Birds! Shoe! Bird! Bunny! Bird!(!!) She really likes birds :) Happy weekend, friends 🥰

Florida girl, and girl mom, summer loading ☀️ and the growing season 🌱 I sit here typing this, back home in Winter Haven from our little trip to Hernando Beach and watching my nearly 15 month old daughter oscillate between putting orange soccer field markers on her head (“hat!” she says!), climbing on the dog (“let’s not bother Otis!”) and trying to take my seltzer water (“where’s your water, lovebug?”). And with my last post 3+ weeks ago, let’s have a chat, shall we? This season is a growing season 🤍 some are blooming, some are dormant. This one is for growing - some happening above the surface while other moments are much more subtle, yet no less monumental. A Florida girl summer with our little girl, where her world seemingly expands daily with new words, expressions …. and opinions 😅 time seems to stand still, and yet my baby who is almost talking was sleeping in the bassinet in our room just the other week… right?? Her new favorite thing is to shout and point “bird!” which of course fills me with SO much pride 😆 I get into the studio two days a week when I have help with Anna, and that is SUCH a blessing. I am (still 😆) working on the massive 3ft x 4ft island forest piece, and a commission for a local citrus family’s sweet daughter on the way (rosie and red mangrove themed!). A trip to Little Gasparilla Island this weekend, and then a day trip to St Pete to pick up quite a few canvas reproductions of my art - a few for collectors, a few to offer to you! - and restocking stationery that is sold out 🫶🏻 It’s easy to look around on this app and wonder “am I doing enough?” But then my little squishy babe calls me over to read another book, and I know, this is absolutely enough ❤️ Thanks for staying around during this season of motherhood, Litore Studio style ❤️❤️ Love y’all, Lindsey

Forgotten Coast Swim Trunks, @litorestudio x @kevinscatalog available for you summer-loving old Florida souls 🦪 At a recent trunk show in Lake Placid, someone said upon seeing my pop-up “wait, are you the artist that designed shorts with Kevin’s Catalog? My husband owns a pair!” Which let me tell you, was just super cool 🥹 So this is me reminding you that our collaboration is not only available for this sunny season, but restocked in all sizes that previously sold OUT! Grab ‘em for your husbands, brothers, uncles and dads (pst, Father’s Day is coming up in June!) to show off your Forgotten Coast old Florida love 🤎

Framed Southern Woods fine art print headed to @conservationflorida Sunshine State Soiree!! This is an event, and an organization, that is easy to support - for the love of Florida, all creatures great and small who call it home, and the people who champion her conservation 🐊 Southern Woods is a love letter to the backcountry of Florida. The sandy soil oak hammocks brimming with hoof tracks, turkeys roosting on low hanging branches, the sharp smell of pine needle, rustle of palmetto scrubs and woosh of ducks flying overhead. This was a piece I created with and for a local Florida family and their son, all who share a love of these here parts of the coastal south. It is such an honor to offer this professionally framed piece to a fellow lover of this wild, wonderdul state through Conservation Florida ❤️ Limited unframed fine art prints are available on Litore Studio 🦌

Boca Grande Trunk Show recap ✨🪩 and praise for the beauty of entreprenuer friendships and small businesses 🥹 Back home in Winter Haven with my sweet family and on island time in my soul - what an incredible trunk show in Boca Grande (and first in-person pop-up since becoming a mom!!)! The rush of the BG and surrounding communities over just 9 hours was wonderfully heartwarming (um and made more than my typical monthly revenue in just those *9 hours* 🥹), I almost completely sold out of stationery - and I had brought a LOT - and framed prints, wallpaper, Island Forest piece, and mini studio originals were a HIT. But more than that, the small business love with trunk show friends @breckandgrier @chakeris_ and @goldbugcollection was just right for the soul. Cheering each other on, brainstorming future launches in between the rush and encouragement on our businesses just shows how incredible the small business entrepreneur world is - and social media, which connected us all. And to my friends and family who came out to support us 🥹🥹 seeing your faces truly meant the WORLD. Also I made my first TikTok dance appearance at the Beach Club (which they kindly made into an IG reel too, since I don’t have, as I told my sister, “the Tik Tock”). Old soul elder millennial over here 😂😂 All in all, had a ball, made new friends, and now happily back home among the lakes and orange groves and cattle ranches of Polk County as I snuggle my family and praise the Lord for all this goodness. See you on the coast, Lindsey
