Someone recently asked how Lithe started and it made me pause and think about how far we’ve come.
Whether you’re new here or have been following us on our journey, thank you for supporting us 🤍

Deeply honoured to be featured by @representasianproject this month. Thank you Madeline Chung and Rebecca Gao for sharing my story.
A lot of this brand comes from my upbringing, and it means a lot to be able to talk about it.
When I started this business from my kitchen table in 2018, I never imagined how much of who I am would become part of its identity. Over time, I’ve seen how deeply my cultural upbringing and family dynamics have shaped the way I build, create, and connect through this brand.
As I’ve shared before, I’m deeply passionate about working with youth and opening up conversations around identity, mental health, and self-acceptance. If sharing my story helps even one person feel more understood or a little less alone, that means everything to me.

So controversial yet so necessary 👀
At our first ever Lithe event, we asked attendees to share their favourite product… and the answers sparked some debate. 🤍

For a long time, I avoided hosting an event because I struggled so much with confidence and being seen. But watching everyone smile, connect, and genuinely enjoy themselves at our first event made every bit of fear worth it.
I’ve realized over the years that beauty is so much more than how we look. It’s about how we feel, the energy we carry, the people we connect with and the moments that remind us we’re human…
Social media can sometimes make it feel like we always need to be polished, successful, confident, and validated by numbers… but the truth is, none of us are meant to feel perfect all the time. And your worth has never been tied to performance, metrics, or how “put together” you appear online.
Thank you to every creator, makeup artist, customer, supporter, and our incredible team for making our very first event feel so special and full of love.
A special thank you to @sher_beauty and @annmakosinski for sharing your talent and energy with us 🤍
And thank you to our talented photographer @rawkavai for capturing these beautiful moments so thoughtfully.
(Apologies, instagram caps me on the # of images. There will be a part 2 🤍)

Our first event 🤍
Yesterday we hosted our very first event to celebrate the launch of the Hydra Gloss, and our hearts are so full.
It took a village to bring this day to life, and we’re so grateful for every single person who was part of it.
Thank you so much to everyone who supported us and spent time with us. It means more than we can put into words to have this kind of community by our side.
We’re so grateful to have shared this moment with you. We hope you loved it as much as we did.
