Finally got down to Jerkfest last week and had an incredible time! I don’t think I’ve ever been sweatier than I was leaving the band room after Eddy Current. Shout out to @antifaderecords for putting it together!

Said farewell to Melbourne’s best & dumbest band at the same bar I first saw them, all the way back in 2017. Things were so chaotic up the front that I burned through the whole roll in the first 10mins!

I had such a great time taking photos at gigs this year! It’s been really good to try something new and add another layer of fun to going to shows. I didn’t share any of these during the year but they deserve better than languishing on my phone.

Real heads know the Tote front bar is where the magic happens and the Legless Records Tote Takeover was a prime example. Screaming Target, The Antics and Public House were all so sick, I was psyched to finally see them all!

I’ve been having a great time with Juan Alban’s album Guilt Zone since the cover caught my eye at Kank Wolverang a few weeks ago, so it was great to catch the album launch at Ballarat Trades hall last weekend.
