Random family trip to Seychelles - a mission to get Liza out of a slump - worked better than expected. Too many good moments… honestly couldn’t even pick what to share. #hidayvibes #familytrip
is cable wakeboarding heading toward the olympics? 👀 the conversation is gaining momentum, so we asked riders’ representative @lisabaloo and asia vice president c-lo dela torre (@delphitower ) from the @iwwfed about the current situation and what still needs to happen on the road to olympic recognition.

Rehab #3. Because apparently I don’t learn the easy way.
After 2023 — conservative rehab. Didn’t fix it.
End of 2024 — first surgery. Post-op rehab. Still didn’t fix it.
November 17, 2025 — surgery number two.
And here we are.
The funny part?
My ligaments are perfect. Rock solid.
The only structural issue — a slightly torn meniscus (trimmed twice now) and some cartilage clean-up.
During the second surgery, nothing dramatic was found.
No hidden disaster. No catastrophic damage.
Which means the issue wasn’t structural.
It was functional.
The real battle these past years was pain and swelling — constant inflammation that just wouldn’t let me perform.
And most likely, my left leg muscles simply forgot how to work properly.
So now we rebuild. Again.
We retrain. We re-educate. We restore balance.
No deadlines. No rushing.
Just work. As long as it takes.
I’m way too stubborn not to come back and send it harder than before.

Third surgery in a year… and somehow I’m still standing.
I’ve been offline for a while.
Life has been changing nonstop, and honestly, opening Instagram started giving me more anxiety than joy. So I stepped back, focused on myself, on the things that actually mattered, and tried to breathe again.
And here’s one of the reasons why I disappeared for so long.
In 2023 my knee started hurting, but I kept training and competing. Months of rehab, injections, a surgery in Israel — nothing really helped. I kept pushing through, but the swelling, the pain, the frustration… it all became part of my everyday life.
Today, I finally had my second arthroscopy —
and the good news is that nothing catastrophic was found. No holes in the cartilage, no destroyed surfaces. Just damage that needed to be cleaned, fixed and calmed down. They smoothed the cartilage, removed an irritated plica, and trimmed an unstable meniscus fragment that was still causing problems.
So here I am: starting rehab for the third time.
Not gonna lie — it’s exhausting. But this time I feel different. I finally have answers, I finally have clarity, and I genuinely believe this is the beginning of everything finally getting better.
This post is just the first small piece of what’s been happening in my life.
I’m not ready to tell all of it yet — but at least I’m not scared to show up anymore.
Here’s to healing, to patience, and to coming back stronger than ever. 🤍✨

Two clips from my first sessions back on the water after surgery from earlier this summer.
Didn’t get to ride much this year with everything that’s been going on, but just wait for the next one — I’m fired up to get my shit together and full send the next season 😜

I’m so happy I managed to put down a clean run in the World Games final. ⚡️⚡️⚡️
For some reason, I decided not to throw the back mobe - which, let’s be honest, probably cost me a medal.
But you know what? Who cares. The feeling was priceless: nerves, anxiety, joy, fear, exhaustion, emotional rollercoasters… I think we went through every possible emotion in those moments.
I’m proud this is what my comeback looks like.
Once again, thank you all for the endless support ❤️
I’m hungry for tricks, hungry for medals - and that means the best is still ahead! 🏆🔥

✨ First World Games – what a ride! ✨
This was my very first World Games experience — and honestly, it was insane. Being part of such a massive, multi-sport event, competing alongside so many incredible athletes from all over the world, made it feel like we’re one step closer to the dream: seeing cable wakeboarding in the Olympics 2032.
Everything here was on such a high, professional level — it’s the kind of experience I’ll carry with me forever.
Of course, it was bittersweet not to stand on the podium… but after everything I’ve been through lately, putting down a full run and taking 4th place feels like my own gold medal. 🥇
This year was also historic — for the first time in 20 years, wakeboarding was part of the World Games program. Let’s hope the next edition keeps the momentum and includes cable wakeboarding again, because our sport belongs on this stage. 💪🌊
And to everyone who’s been supporting me on my road to the World Games and still stands by me — thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ Your belief in me means more than I can ever put into words.
