Reflecting on one of my goals achieved in 2025.
I never imagined I’d complete a marathon. A challenge set at the start of the year became a reality at the Auckland Marathon in November.
I couldn’t have done it without the incredible support of my family and loved ones.
Huge thanks to the running community in Auckland for the constant inspiration.

Dilmah x Press Club High Tea
A throwback to when Nigel from @nzdilmah and myself traveled to the lovely @fablehotelsandresorts in Dunedin to host the speciality High Tea event.
The staff and chefs alongside GM Jeffery Lee and Event coordinator Charlotte Steele, we were able to give an experience that elevated both gastronomy and mixology expertly paired with @dilmahceylontea .
Always grateful to share my passion and experience along with the veteran of tea Nigel himself. Tea inspiration always going strong!!

Garnished with a sweetened Rosehip Dust rim
Clarified using Coconut milk and Coconut yoghurt to remove impurities and refresh and add a light pallette.
