_Publication release_
Over the past four months in Belgrade, a lot has happened. Some things stay there, others come back with you, carried in a suitcase.
During this time, I reprinted my first publication On contemporary dislocation–relocation (2024) Pic. 2-3, and I am now also presenting a new one, On coming back to the mist (2026) Pic 4-5.
This new publication includes screen-printed drawings, a first for me, and part of what I bring back from this experience.
Both publications are printed on transparent paper and come in A5 format. The release took place in Belgrade on 26.03, and the whole experience was made possible with the support of the great @matrijarsija .
The publications are now available. If you are interested, you can message me directly, or find them at @fijukbaraba in Belgrade.
The edition is limited. Both publications can be obtained individually or together.

A curated collection of photographic perspectives becomes a place of insight, a framework in which our explorations and our views of Belgrade and eastern Serbia are closely intertwined.
The publication offers a reflection on the concepts of temporary coincidence, culture of remembrance, relationality, and one’s own situated gaze.

These diary-based publications retrace the artist’s journeys in Belgrade: a first stay at Footnote Center for Image and Text, and a second residency at Atelije Beograd.
The first publication reflects on the experience of being in residence, focusing on the relationship between space, the Room, and creativity. The second extends this reflection through a subjective exploration of the search for self and the figure of the wolf.
Printed on transparent paper, the two publications are conceived as a series, contained in a transparent envelope with a keychain. The publication becomes an object whose timeline can be dismantled, reconstructed, and shared.

Lily proposed an long duration performance in Ostavinska gallery, where visitors could come, pass by, stay, observe or join into examination and practice of researching of working conditions in art and culture professional field.
By this performance Lily made a strong comment on precarious models of working as an artist, and also on available resourses (time, space, storage, archiving, will to write applications and texts, selfdocumentation…), in contant loops of audio motivational messages as simply asking and answering on these questions - When do you sleep? + When do you work?
