@lilsipper 2-INGREDIENT CAULIFLOWER FUDGE! I’ve made this many times and every time people get a little freaked out, but then they try it and they are hooked! So if you haven’t yet made this take it as a sign to try it tonight! Remember that steaming cauliflower helps break down the veg allowing for easier digestion and can actually HELP your gut microbiome. Raw cauli isn’t the best and I often stay away from it entirely. It’s all how you prepare ingredients that can make a world of difference for digestion. Either way this was šŸ”„ This recipe is so easy and all you need are eggs! āœ… carnivore āœ… keto āœ… paleo āœ… vegan (just omit the eggs) šŸ¤— Serving suggestions:šŸ“ - add cheese šŸ§€ - add chives šŸ§… - add olives šŸ«’ - top with marinara sauce 🄫or hot saucešŸŒ¶ļø - too with Greek yogurt Method: * Add egg whites to a large mixing bowl. Beat at high speed until stiff peaks form.
 * In a separate large bowl, whisk egg yolks and salt.
 * Using a spatula, gently fold the egg yolks into the whites in until they are incorporated (don’t over mix!)
 * Add butter to a 10-inch nonstick skillet and bring to low heat. Once butter is melted, add your egg fluff mixture and form into a dome shape. Cover with lid and let cook on low for 10-ish min. or until the bottom of the omelette has turned a light golden brown and surface of the egg is just set. Then fold over and continue cooking for a few minutes until the inside is done to your personal preference. #omlette #carnivore #ketodiet #eggs #souffle

@lilsipper If smoothies make you bloat, try the tips below. 1. Stop adding 10+ ingredients to your smoothie. KEEP IT SIMPLE. Too many ingredients can create a war in your tummy. 2. Eat it SLOW. Its take me an hour to consume this because I am eating it with a spoon and taking my time while I do other leisurely things. Downing a smoothie in 5 minutes will definitely cause bloating. 3. Make sure the protein powder you use does NOT contain: gums of any kind, stevia (even monk fruit for sensitive tummies like myself), natural flavors, or too many ā€œsuperfoodā€ powders (best if none at all.
