1. Stop adding 10+ ingredients to your smoothie. KEEP IT SIMPLE. Too many ingredients can create a war in your tummy.
2. Eat it SLOW. Its take me an hour to consume this because I am eating it with a spoon and taking my time while I do other leisurely things. Downing a smoothie in 5 minutes will definitely cause bloating.
3. Make sure the protein powder you use does NOT contain: gums of any kind, stevia (even monk fruit for sensitive tummies like myself), natural flavors, or too many āsuperfoodā powders (best if none at all.
