Today is our wonderful pastry chef Jaime’s last day. we are so sad but so proud but she is going out in style. this week only we have two new desserts on the menu.
First we have a four layer chocolate cake with coffee buttercream and szechuan coconut caramel.
and next we have a mango Mille Feuille which we have been calling “a thousand mangos”. topped with peanut powder and sumac.
you are not gonna want to miss these delectable desserts, and your last chance to say hey to our darling chef jaime.

The bounty of spring has kissed the dessert menu with this absolutely stunning little ice cream. chef jaime has created this perfect, rich, creamy Peashoot Ice Cream that is near and dear to all of our hearts.
Topped with a little olive oil, salt and pistachio sugar to keep it nice and simple. We ❤️ spring
Spring is happening RIGHT NOW & here’s lovely dish to celebrate. Plump & succulent mussels with preserved lemon, garlic, calabrian harissa, and a pineapple- citrus agua, pea shoots from Hawthorne Valley Farm and a charred lemon. Our citrus agua is ever changing - next week will feature the last bergamots of the season! Our mussels are from Hollander & de Koning in Mount Desert Island, Maine, a six generation family-owned and operated company that uses sustainable production techniques to grow the best mussels around!

yet another chef isa @powerful_baby creation!!!! this is delicious, creamy, nutty, japanese sweet potato 🍠 that’s been absolutely smothered beyond the point of recognition in a smokey and savory cheese wiz made from cashews. some gorgeous chives #ratemychives , pickled fresno chilis, breadless bread crumb, a quenelle of sour cream and a little olive oil to top her off. we are loading her up and bringing her straight to you. this is a dish that will get us though the end of winter ❄️
this one is very special yall! a collab between chef lily @lilysmovingcastle and chef isa @powerful_baby . we put all our love for eachother onto this plate✨✨ persimmon cardamom aguachile💘 it’s warming from the cardamom and chili oil but it’s bright and springy from the citrus. perfectly poached shrimp(if i do say so myself), cara cara oranges supremed because of course, shallot, cilantro, scallion oil. yall, i do not play about this dish. come in and try her while citrus season is in full swing! it won’t last forever 🥲
