A certified triple threat, Lil’ Regs is known for a rare combination of agility and raw strength that makes her a force to be reckoned with. Whether she’s opening paths inside a tight pack or holding the line with relentless grit, her high-level experience from childhood through adulthood, and technical precision represent the very best of the sport. 💎

15 years ago (I was 6) I started to play this really cool sport called Roller Derby… and never looked back. I looked up to the ✨Stars✨ of roller derby and wished to be among them ; I’m excited to finally look beside me to see them⭐️
I’ve been blessed to encounter so many amazing teammates, coaches and mentors along my journey making me the athlete I am today. I am excited to take this next step in my roller derby experience to share the track with old, current, and new teammates on @usarollerderby ❤️💙

It’s been a chaotic time in life and in the world. Taking some time away from Insta made me want to appreciate the good in this year.

It’s not often you have ex-teammates visit from out of state …let alone their parents too (and I feel sooo lucky for it 🤍)
It’s amazing the bonds derby can bring you, they aren’t friendships but family 🤞🏼 This family has watched me grow as a roller derby player from Banked track @lajrderbydolls , to Flat track @angelcityjuniors and @losanarchists , and now with @rcrallstars ! They’ve also seen me grow as a person; from a literal child, even hosting the first sleepover I ever attended @malicegualpa@jothestientist to visiting PDX in my senior year of college and first #wftdachamps2024 <3
