Gratitude! I had the privilege to create the Album Cover artwork for @charliebereal for his new single “Together”. I have to give thanks to @adrian_miller@xyioninc for making it happen and mad love to @deathrowrecords for rocking with me! I loved the song from the moment I heard it! My amazing wife @whitneytharris brought the laptop to the ICU and I actually finalized the art work while recovering in my hospital bed. My work ethic goes beyond the pain and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I’m looking forward to working on many other amazing projects with the family! One ❤️! Yall go buy the album!!!

I am so appreciative to every last one of you! Friends, family, colleagues, homies, just everybody. My family has been at my side every step of the way! I’m not quite out of the woods just yet, but I’m focused on recovering. I can’t say how thankful I am to those that visited me! Keep me in your prayers and I’ll see yall on the other side of a successful recovery! Peace ✌🏾
🔥 Fresh from the garden and ready for the grill! 🔥
Today’s harvest: sweet snackabelles, ripe red jalapeños, yellow Scotch bonnets, one fiery ghost pepper, and crisp Serranos. Once they’re perfectly charred, I’ll blend them with fresh oregano, basil, and onions… also from the garden to create a bold, smoky hot sauce that packs flavor AND heat.
I love growing such a diverse collection of peppers, fruits, and veggies that I can turn into homemade meals for the family. Nothing beats that garden-to-table freshness.

Transplanting days are a pause button—a chance to slow down, breathe deep, and get my hands back in the soil. It’s grounding, literally and spiritually.
Over the last 6 seasons, I’ve learned that peppers are my language. I grow more of them than anything else. From good soil to daily watering, scheduled feedings to quiet conversations—I treat these plants like they’re my kids.
Whitney and I love harvesting fresh food straight from the garden, but this right here… this is where it all begins. Every fruit starts with care. Every meal starts with a seed. And this process? I love every part of it.
