Big adventure over 2 long days taking in Aldwych tube station and Blue studios across town in Dalston on day 1 and then Orford Ness on the East coast and Rendlesham forest on day 2. Logistical challenge but nothing but great memories. Really proud of this one. Shot on Alexa Mini with @panavisionofficial E series anamorphics. Big shout out to @simonwoodsteadicam on AR. New work with @robbiewilliams and @charlielightening Amazing project to be part of. Robbie’s new single ‘Pretty Face’ filmed as if back in the 90s. Genuine 90s footage of ‘The Word’, Genuine 2025 performance by Rob, captured by us on Blue screen using Qtake mix and overlay with the word footage to shoot Rob in that environment in the place of the original lead singer. Then taken on by the incredible @aist.aistories to take Robbie back to his 20s and put him into the original ‘Word’ footage. Didn’t feature this in my last post as Liam hardly appears in it. This time front man duties are handed over to @ericcantona who totally smashed it. Possibly my favourite promo we have done for @liamgallagher which shows the class of the man to bring in Eric to star in the video. Especially with him being a United legend! Eric was incredible. Quietly turned up alone, introduced himself to everyone and was humble and totally professional throughout. Genuine legend. Amazing to see how much respect Liam and Eric had for one another. Feel fortunate to have been in the room. Was done as a oner in I think around 5 takes. Amazing work on steadi AR by @mrallsop . I have a video of our recce where we did it with @charlielightening standing in for Eric, @russellblue standing in for Liam and me doing the oner on my phone. Amazing how close to the finished shot it was. I’ll try and do one of those split screens at some point! With the historic @oasis gigs fast approaching wanted to post a few frame grabs of some of the projects I’ve been privileged to be part of over the last 13 years. @liamgallagher is the ultimate front man and never disappoints. A top guy to be around as well.
