Meet Rika Fujimoto.
Rika is a London-based Japanese performing artist specializing in physical expression through circus, butoh, acting and clowning.
Trained in acting, ballet and contemporary dance in Japan, she set off on a journey as a backpacker, eventually settling in Turkey, where she worked as a show dancer in cabaret productions.
Through her travels, she gained invaluable life experiences and circus skills across different countries and cultures shaping her artistic vision.
This journey led her to London, where she continues to cultivate her artistry, rooted in a lifelong connection to the arts and culture.
And we are THRILLED that Rika will be joining us as our brand new baby bird. 🤗
