Come with me to an IBX Core Class! π₯
I love that each IBX class is structured with adequate warm-ups, rest breaks, and cooldowns to make sure you can do the workouts as safely as possible. They also encourage self-care outside of the gym, like their reminders to eat a nourishing post-workout meal after class. Plus, their workouts leave you feeling accomplished, not drained! π€
If you're looking for challenging workouts in a fun and supportive environment, check out IBX Fitness. I'll be here to help you and your pelvic floor make the most of each class. βΊοΈ

Newly postpartum and wondering if you can bring baby to your sessions here? The answer is yes! π€
If pelvic PT is your time to pour back into yourself in a kid-free environment, then of course we'll keep it that way. I also am a firm believer that a huge part of pelvic health is social support, so if bringing your baby to your sessions means one less worry off your mind, then your little one is more than welcome to join us! πΆπ½
Baby needs a nap? We'll dim the lights and play white noise. Baby needs to feed? We'll use that time to chat. Baby wants to play while listening to Ms. Rachel? I'll bring out the toys, and she's taking over the speakers. (Who wants to listen to my playlist anyway, am I right?)
From one mom to another, I got you. π€
