You know where to find it 🔗
Just dropped off my very first batch of yarn at Yarn Shop Santa Cruz!! It’s worsted weight merino wool. Dyed in candy colors of course! Get it while it’s hot — exclusively @yarnshopsantacruz ! 💖

One of my favorite things I made in 2023. A Liverpool scarf for @alexvanert ❤️❤️❤️
I designed and made the scarf based on what I learned in @typeknitting ’s workshop via @letterformarchive . It was quite fun to knit up and I highly recommend taking a Typographic Knitting class if you get the chance!! Thanks Rüdiger for sharing all your type + knitting wisdom!!

Do you like my pink pants?? I promise I’m not angry — it’s just been a looooong time since I’ve done a mirror selfie 🙃
They’re #bobpants by @stylearc in beautiful pink linen from @stonemountainfabric 💖

Here’s the quilted vest I made a couple weeks ago! It was a test sew for @smlennox and her newly released #stsidetietop.
I made view b. I did quilted patchwork on one side and appliqué on the other. I’ve never quilted before so I used this project as an excuse to try new things!
It’s such a cute layering piece and I have plans to make a couple more. 💖

I’ve been into felting lately and recently tried my hand at felting crochet! “Flower bag” has been on my list forever and after I bought some wooly Noro Kureyon, I couldn’t resist giving it a whirl.
The colors turned out more 70s that I anticipated but I love it all the same. I didn’t follow a pattern but just looked at some crochet flowers on Pinterest and freehanded this to match.
The bag became a little puffed out in the petals but it gives it a playful 3D vibe. The only thing I would change is to knit an icord strap instead of just crocheting it. It would’ve been sturdier.
I crocheted this in 2 days and then threw it in the dryer for about an hour total (in 5 min segments to monitor feltage). Crochet doesn’t really shrink as much as knitted things do when you felt them. It just becomes dense somehow?
Anyways, she’s getting lots of compliments around town and it fills me with unbridled glee. ✿
