2 weeks ago this wasn’t in the diary. Thanks @jamesbrucejb for letting me use your bib 😎 95 kilos motoring along Brighton seafront sure did do some damage, feeling a lot older than 29 today that’s for sure but we got shit DONE! Longest run before was 13km, so Strava is booting off with all sorts of pb’s and I’ll take it!
Knees are cooked, hips are finished, little to no training but a good achievement non the less! Will plan ahead for the next one 😂
