Before spring break, the Florian Idenburg and Lauren McClellan-led studio "The Terminal" had their midterm review. The assigned project involves the revitalization of the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal, in accordance with the masterplan for the larger neighborhood of Red Hook. Students must consider resiliency strategies, potential for mixed use, as well as their own desires for additional programs they may choose to include. Students also have the option to incorporate the design of a hotel if they desire.
Thank you to our lovely guest critics!

Our visit to the Galápagos Islands. We were not prepared for how welcome we’d be made to feel with our littles. What an incredible corner of the world 🌎
We spend a lot of time in NYC parks, our urban version of forest bathing, but now that we’ve got our own wheels 🛞 (a big deal for this little family of four), we’ll be chasing more far flung outdoor time through the seasons. Some true forest bathing to come!!
Introducing the newest member of our family… Harry!!! It’s surreal to have him with us. We have yet to emerge from the newborn haze but we are nonetheless thrilled and very much in love with our little man.
