This is quite literally my American Dream đĽšđĽ°
I moved here at 15, not knowing exactly where Iâd landâbut knowing I wanted to build something meaningful. Louis Lee is a first-generation immigrant who broke through barriers to build one of the most iconic comedy clubs in the country. His story inspired mineâso itâs my hope that our work inspires others.
We deserve to be seen, to take up space, and to shape the stories being toldânot just be part of them.
So thankful to create this work in partnership with
@hennepinarts and have it displayed at The Orpheum. Itâs surreal.
