Team Hoka never looked so goooooood! I still pinch myself because this team is like familia 🥹
I feel insanely grateful to have some pretty amazing friends in my corner that have taught me running is more than just chasing PR’s!
Our bodies are meant for more than just running fast (although I love the speedy feeling too). It’s just been so refreshing to learn running can be social and fun without needing to always kill your body to be faster.

Elite knowledge lost forever.
Asked Carlos for the most important running advice ever and right when he started talking, my phone died. 🤦🏽♀️
Good news is he still pulled up to @socialrunningclub Community Day and brought the Hoka Skyward X 2 to demo. 🔥
And the updates surprised me way more than I expected. First thing I noticed was the upper. It feels lighter, more breathable, and less bulky on foot. The tongue is slimmer too, which made the whole shoe feel cleaner the second I put it on.
The biggest difference though is the weight. 👀
The original Skyward X had that super max-cushioned feel but felt heavy. The Skyward X 2 still has that soft bounce and rocker feel, but transitions feel smoother and way more responsive now.
Okay HOKA, I see why people are talking about these. 🙌🏽
