If I’m carrying too much weight, I fix it.
If I’m burnt out, I set boundaries.
If I hate my job, I make the move.
Nobody else can do the work for me.
And nobody else cares as much about my outcome as I do.
That’s not depressing…
𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠!
Because if I’m the problem…
𝐈’𝐦 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧!
I don’t need permission.
And I don’t need perfect conditions.
You want a better body?
Start training like it matters.
You want better relationships?
Be the person who deserves them.
Nobody’s coming to save you.
But you don’t need saving.
