Back once again for another installation of jams @thebristolfringe next Monday evening. Yes, we have a new name now, but that is all that has changed! Same great music, same amazing people, and the same incredible atmosphere that we create in these spaces. This month we have two mad mavericks magically mapping the musical mayhem happening before our very eyes, in the form of @drk.humr on houseband duties!! Get on down from 8pm to hear some more from these audible alchemists, before we open the spaces to fellow musicians searching for a space to express their musical creativity too! Also, I would like to use this space to continue to fundraise for different charities and community projects across Bristol. If you would like to suggest anyone who could benefit from some fundraising then I would like to know. I will devise a way for you all to make suggestions. But, for this month, I have chosen to donate all of our fundraising efforts to @seed_sessions . Without Seed Sessions, this space would not exist. And I am eternally grateful for the platform they have provided to illuminate this space to be used by our community for healthy, creative, musical expression. They are a fantastic charity doing fantastic work and I feel very privileged to be a part of the team. If you have not given them a follow, I thoroughly recommend doing so 🙏. Its that time of the month again! We are back @thebristolfringe for another installment of Seed Sessions Jam next Monday from 8pm. As ever, join us for an evening of music and connection, held in a space that welcomes vulnerability and emotion, that may carry us as we shake off the shackles of socialisation. Joined this week by one of @seed_sessions very own, @fabioferrimusic and his live band on house band duties. Get down for 8pm to catch Fabio and his band start the show in style. A few words from @fabioferrimusic about Seed Sessions: My journey as a musician has been shaped by cathartic transformation of negative energy, put together and delivered with love and connection. Deeply understanding the self and rising beyond the ego makes the leap from pure expression to art. Has it been a month already?! Wow! So much going on lately. So much work going on behind the scenes so that @seed_sessions can keep delivering the incredible work to male musicians. Keep your eyes peeled 👀, watch this space 🌌, plenty of exciting news to come before this year is out 🎁😮 But, we return to our home @thebristolfringe 😌😌 And we bring a slightly different energy with us, this month. I always get asked the question, "Is this jam just for men?". No, it absolutely isn't. It is for all. So, I thought what a great way to send this message loud and clear. Yes, the participants of @seed_sessions are male-identifying musicians. But, the impact of this work reaches everyone that our participants interact with. Every person. Moulding our society to have widespread emotional intelligence, strong communication and the ability to express oneself is what will benefit us all. So this month, Monday 30th June, from 8pm-10.30pm, we welcome @covejam , a femme-led jam band to our space, to enrich us with their enchanting, ethereal escape. Blending improvised ambient soundscapes, storytelling and creative expression, with a focus on inclusion, collaboration, and imagination, Cove will feel right at home at the @seed_sessions monthly jam.

We are back once again in our home @thebristolfringe to host our monthly jam next Monday, from 8pm. Get down nice and early and you'll be in for a treat as our house band this month is the insanely talented and hardworking @raywills with his live band @elgan_the_tree_warrior and @oswald_wardorf . The powerful sounds of Ray Wills will captivate you, pulling you in with soft, delicate expression and reflection heard through the vulnerability in his raspy, voice. Before completely shifting the energy to direct, explosive catharsis. Drawing together Rock, Folk and soulful elements, Ray will take you on a thrilling journey of emotional expression through music, crafted synergetically with his friends and band mates , Oli 🎸and Stan🥁. Open jam to follow the house band. Get down for 8pm so we can once again create some magical moments and memories, surrounded by what and who we love. 🎶❤️✨
