Some pics from the last showcase w/ @phoenixwilliamsent (Feb 22, 2026)
I used to not wear bright colours when I was younger due to stereotypes and not wanting to be mistreated and labeled as ghetto. Ppl put a lot of pressure on blk wm to look “professional” and coloured hair was seen as ghetto, “loud”. Another way to stunt blk ppls expression and put us in a box. I don’t wanna be in my comfort zone when it comes to expression. We don’t let society run us round here, we run society. Never forget the power of an individual can change the world.

Tata out now! Link is in my bio. For my verse I wanted to write about choosing yourself over unhealthy relationships tht don’t serve you. What Rupaul say “if you can’t love yourself, how are you gonna love anybody else” and apart tht is knowing your worth. Not about what you did yesterday but what you do today. Maybe you accepted disrespect and people speaking down on you before. But it’s a new day and it’s never too late to say no or change your mind about a relationship. If it doesn’t serve you why hold it hostage🤔
