Morning yoga at home. Movement keeps me sane, allows me to go inward and reconnect with myself. There is something inherently grounding in moving through a flow that focuses the mind just enough to reduce the noise. My happy place
The year I busted my chin on Halloween in NY, dressed as Clementine, the night before a modeling job. Friends took me to the ER and we cracked jokes while Dr Wolf stitched me up and sent me to my fitting. That was only the beginning for NY & me. Home was down the block from Tenants, where I’d got gotten earlier in the year, iykyk. I rarely got haircuts and would wear smudged eyeliner, hats, and sometimes hoops. I spent hours shopping for vintage on eBay, filtered every photo in VSCO, loved my Prius. I wrote songs, shot film, and worshiped the sunsets that flooded my Los Feliz border apartment. 2016 is the year my true blue forever friends found me and, through many late night chats, helped me grow up some
