If you have ever worked with @rubylemon_ you already know because you are one of us. If you have never worked with them, do yourself a favor "Don't!" This company is the biggest scam. They will use your talent and when it's time to pay they will ghost you! I have never worked with someone so disrespectful.
Over the month of March, I have done several gigs with this company. Mid-March, the company owner Lisa Sansom responded that the payment for all the March gigs will be sent on April 3rd. I sent the invoice. The rest is history... The payment never came. After numerous attempts to contact Lisa and never getting any response, I finally got paid only for my last gig I did with them. After that, I've been ghosted again. Several other dancers and staff are in the same situation.
3 days ago after another attempt to contact the company, I finally got a response that they are working on paying everyone by Friday. And obviously, I haven't been paid still. No explanation. No apologies. Meanwhile, the company is still sending me requests for new jobs over the app and made post with my cameo without any shame. I know RubyLemon is going to block me after this post like they did with other dancers that they didn't pay but the truth is evident.
To Lisa and her assistant Daisy, I've been patient and nice to you but enough is enough. If you cannot afford to pay the artists who build and represent your company, and who you make money off, you don't deserve to have a company. We did our jobs and cannot wait 2 months to get our payments. Do better! Pay your artists! Communication is key and obviously you don't have that in your resume. The worst company ever! That's all.
