Today I had the honor of attending the award ceremony as the first chef in Daejeon to receive official certification from the Italian government.
It has been two years since I set my mind on earning this recognition. Although it may not be widely known among the general public, it confirmed my direction and served as a meaningful checkpoint on my journey.
Being the first in my city brings both pride and a deep sense of responsibility. I will continue to grow with sincerity and dedication as a chef committed to genuine Italian cuisine.

I was honored to be invited to the gala dinner hosted by Chef Carlo Cracco a true master of Italian cuisine.
