Staycation for Team Ryan, just what we needed.
We’ve been to the @westindubai many times in the 19yrs of living in Dubai. Coming for beach days, pool days, brunches and dinners, but never actually stayed. After a two-night weekend break, we’re wondering why we waited so long…and already can’t wait to come back.
A perfect family escape, multiple pools (adult only and kid friendly), a brilliant water park, a stunning beach, and kids’ clubs that our girls absolutely loved. Restaurants of choice, beach bars, pool bars, and one of the best hotel-connected gyms I’ve ever seen.
What stood out most was the atmosphere. Busy, full of life, laughter everywhere. Families relaxing, connecting, enjoying the moment. You could feel it in every corner of the lush, green grounds.
The staff made a real difference too, genuinely happy to have guests in the rooms, restaurants and poolside. Always smiling, always ready to help.
Dubai is safe. Dubai is open. Dubai is our home and that makes us incredibly proud ❤️ 🇦🇪
Team Ryan came away fully charged, sun-kissed, full-hearted and with full cups. 🌴

Last night after my #runforharry challenge, my daughters stood up, tapped on a cup and shouted “speech”
“Well done Daddy for your challenge and for doing something nice to help someone who needs it, even if it was very hard and made you very tired, we are proud of you, you did so well”
Made me very proud as a father and as parents that our daughters recognized that. We hope and we’re sure they will live the same way to do difficult thing’s to help others and to always be kind. Makes it even more worth it 🙏
