You may have heard about the benefits of having a savoury breakfast 🍳🍠🌯 BUT who actually has the time? PLUS coming up with ideas outside of the standard eggs and avo toast is hard work! Food isn’t optional in this game, it’s everything. It’s the fuel that gets me through the KM’s, and the recovery that gets me back out the next day. Every run is followed by intent: getting quality calories in within that 20-minute window, starting the repair process straight away. Then it’s about loading up, 3000+ calories. To refuel what’s been emptied and rebuild what’s been broken down. A standout pillar in this challenge has been @myprephero - keeping me fuelled day to day, no guesswork, no excuses.
