𝗕𝗦𝗕 𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝟭 𝗔𝗧 𝗗𝗢𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗧𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞 𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗧𝗘
The curtain has come down on the second day of BSB testing of 2026, the schedule again consisted of three sessions for all 4 riders
Charlie again continued to adapt to the Aprilia RS600 in Sportbike trim, Charlie completed 28 laps over session 4 & 5, with a fastest lap of 1:36.625, 0.699 of P1, leaving him in P10 in the overall standings, later to opt out of the last session of the day.
Lee and Freddie once again on track together in the Supersport class, with Freddie nipping at Lee's heels all weekend. Lee and Freddie collectively didn't drop outside the top 10 in any session, Lee set a fastest lap of 1:31.850 and Freddie set a lap of 1:32.519. Freddie unfortunately had an off in session 4, on the Craner Curves which brought an early end to his day, with Lee having a minor slip off at T1 in session 5, Lee did however complete the final session. Overall standings, Lee P7 +1.224, Freddie P11 +1.893.
Christian continued to adapt to the R1 and learn how it likes to be ridden. Christian would tend to prefer a harder feeling at the rear of the bike, however this is a characteristic that the Yamaha doesn't normally like, so this was one of the main points of testing he and the team worked on, again completing all three sessions, Christian rounded out the day in P7, with a lap time of 1:27.696, 0.512 off P1.
The team will now pack up and head back to HQ to debrief, make any adjustments and improvements before heading to Oulton Park for test two on the 21st and 22nd April.
