These jumps and working with these legends have been a skydiving bucket list since I first watched Don’t Broke the Goat and Good Stuff when I first started skydiving 10 years ago 🤘📷
If you’ve ever seen a super custom @uptvector around the dz or in the skies there’s a good chance @leahnidus helped to format and/or design it!!
We’ve worked with many of the skydiving manufacturers throughout the years but Leah probably works the most directly with UPT, their dealers, athletes, and customers as a contract designer and athlete herself.

Been too busy L-I-V-I-N the past few months in this crazy world to properly document anything on social media but I’ve decided (for now) to try and post more of the photography and design work I do!

Aaand that’s a wrap! @tempeartfest 2024 was one for the books. @levityreimagined sold out of almost all of the stock brought to the festival, networked with artist and customers, an honorable mention award for @leahnidus out of 350 artists, custom orders leading up to and following the weekend, but the best part of all… return customers from last year that were so in love with their products that they came back for more and brought friends!! 🥰
This festival was a great field test to see how people receive Levity outside of the skydiving world and I am beyond stoked for what comes next! The following weeks and months will be spent with oodles of graphic design, skydiving, manufacturing a bunch of new stock, updating the website, and gearing up for @parachute_industry_association symposium and what that means for the growth of all things #levityreimagined

Our favorite spooky mountain town, an old miners hotel, some ghost sightings, incredible views, our families from all over the country, lifetime Arizona and Virginia friends, all the vintage funky formal vibes, rooftop firepit hang out session, our favorite DJ, and favorite AZ tattoo artist @misskittytattoo , all perfectly captured by @kkphotography_az 🖤
We’ve celebrated, decorated venues and our bodies, skydived, tunneled, cooked out, explored, costumed, and danced our asses off this past week. The families have all gone home. The literal dust has settled, and the result — we’re married! 8 years of adventures so we decided to keep the party going 🖤
So many incredible photos and stories to still share but for now just a glimpse into the magic @kkphotography_az (the first half of this set of photos) and @josephthomasphoto (the back half) were able to capture
Live in the desert, go to the boogie, play the poker chips, put all your raffle tickets into the all inclusive trip to Lost Prairie, win, pack a bag, pause your work emails, fly to Montana, eat everything Huckleberry, jump out of planes, eat meals with your friends nightly, go to Glacier National Park, put your feet in a glacier lake, eat a picnic to the sound of prairie dogs chirping and views of the continental divide, sit around the fire, stay up late, appreciate amazing friends, feel inspired, grateful, and incredibly lucky.
We hiked, we climbed, we wore many hats, we raised hell (and ate tacos), we got dolled up, we ate some more, and most importantly we celebrated family! 🍒❤️
Drove up into the mountains to escape the Eloy desert, hike to a magical waterfall, dive face first into a log, get swept underneath by the current, swim in a cave, camp, and most importantly, eat good food in nature 🤘😎🍓
I did a thing!! ✅ I am now a tandem instructor!
In 2021, @skydiveuspa reported that since the tandem rating was created in 1995, only 348 ratings had been issued to women globally - equating today to only 4% of tandem instructors being women. While the percentage of tandem students is almost an even split from male to female, only 14% of licensed skydivers are female. Representation in entry into the sport is important.
I will forever be grateful to @skydivearizona and @a_life_in_freefall of @702solutionsllc for this opportunity. I feel lucky to have found a place and community that not only value women in this sport, but also believe in equal representation and elevating them to having a seat at the table.
I can’t wait to continue to learn all there is to learn 🤘 💪
