Angel on Bass @m.j.suinat @claudenouk Pushing the Screws, le premier album de m.j.suinat, sonne comme une conjuration de blessures emo. Le chant de m.j.suinat, sa guitare et ses mélodies rassemblent mélancolie, appréhension et gamberge, mais aussi une forme d'assurance que les choses iront malgré tout. Exactly a year ago, we packed up a small studio and took it to the Greek island of Tinos. It was off-season: quiet, windy, with more goats and cats than human beings - and somehow the perfect place to disappear for a while and make something together. With the precious help of Amadeus Fries, we turned a former shepherd's house into a recording space and spent our days chasing sounds, weather, and ideas. No deadlines, no plan other than figuring out what our first release as Forever Overhead might sound like. Now a year later, we’re finally ready to share what came out of those days: our debut EP 𝗔𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗼 𝗠𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 is out today! It’s a small collection of songs about distance, illusion, and the strange calm that lives in the in-between.
