In late July, about 6 weeks after coming home from his hospital stay, Marvin took a turn for the worst. We were told the end was near. I wept for my friend and began saying goodbye. Then he started eating again. He started purring again. Finally, he started jumping again, the most unexpected little miracle of all. The reality is Marvinās still sick. I know his kidney disease has no cure, and it will take him eventually. But more importantly, I know that tonight, heāll fall asleep next to me. Frankly, the Oval Office can get fucked. Today Iām drowning out the noise with tenderness and gratitude, because our cat is still alive.
Gigantic day today for the C.U.M. crew. Finally pushing out @lazy.deejay ās āself-titledā ep, a great record made with great friends. Weāve been navigating a ton of new BS to make this all happen:

we had to do this because these tracks have been hiding for far too long and if you believe in it, you better act on it (we do/did)
