“The Human Scale is a superb contemporary political thriller that goes well beyond simply keeping the reader enthralled with a succession of unexpected developments, page after page. On top of his compelling narrative, Wright provides his readers with real insight into the human dimensions of one of the world’s most enduring conflicts.” — @thejerusalem_post #bookstagram #crimenovels @penguinrandomhouse @aaknopf #lawrencewright #israel #palestine #novel #bookreview #thrillerbooks #thrillerreads

I was booked on The Beat with Ari Melber yesterday--along with former NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio. He's 6'5" so they kindly gave me a cushion. Oh what we authors endure. Hope you'll pick up a copy of "The Human Scale" to make it worthwhile.

A candid interview with a passionate Arab American writer, @aymanndotcom . This is the kind of dialogue I hope #TheHumanScale will encourage. Read it on @slate : /culture/2025/03/israel-palestine-lawrence-wright-human-scale-book.html

One of those moments when our nation survived. Sherman's camp was nearby, at the end of the block we lived on in Atlanta decades ago, now the grounds of the Carter Library.

A very civilized discussion with Dr. Benjamin Reiss in a church in Atlanta about “The Human Scale.” The first time I signed books in Atlanta—more than forty years ago—the police came twice. The literary scene has settled down considerably.

Wonderful interview with Elliot Ackerman at the legendary 92nd St. Y. He's a bestselling novelist himself so the interview could have gone the other way.
