Think you’ve got the winning cocktail? Join us for the El Tequileño Cocktail Competition on May 25th at Mezcaleria from 3–6PM.
The winning bartender will be announced at the Tequila & Agave Festival on May 30th and will receive an unforgettable experience in Mexico courtesy of @el_tequileno ✨🇲🇽
Prize includes:
• 4 days / 3 nights
• Agave field tour
• Local tours & excursions
• All room & board
• Airport transportation
(*Airfare not included)
Competition Rules:
• Minimum 1 oz (30ml) El Tequileño Reposado
• Maximum 7 ingredients excluding garnish
• Garnishes must be edible
• Original cocktail creations only
• Recipes must include exact measurements, method, and story/menu description
• Homemade ingredients permitted with full specs
• Ingredients must be widely available
• No unsafe or non-food-safe ingredients
Submission deadline: May 18th
Bartenders who are advancing to the competition will be selected by May 20th.
