A familiar Vancouver landmark is taking on a whole new look!
This spring, Science World’s iconic dome will be transformed into Trionda, the official match ball of FIFA World Cup 2026™. Trionda means “three waves” and represents the three countries hosting the tournament: Canada, Mexico, and the United States.
From May 15 to September 7, visitors can explore Soccer & Technology from the FIFA Museum, presented in partnership with @governmentofbc , as it makes its North American debut at Science World.

Surrey, Science Camps are coming to you!☀️For the first time ever, we’re popping up in Surrey this summer to bring you our best science demos and activities.
Happening at various elementary schools, select your week between June 29 - August 7. We’re offering two different curriculums for campers entering grades 1 through 6. Campers will be investigating, engineering, and even taking a field trip to Science World!

🪩 Performances from @yukithejuggler : Expo 86 was renowned for its amazing street performers, with juggling acts that came from all over the world to wow the crowds.
🪩 Rainbow Wars mini-film: This 1985 Oscar-nominated 19-minute animated/live-action short film was created especially for Expo 86!
