We began our non-toxic/low tox living journey a few years before we got pregnant, so I knew once baby was here - this would be even more important. We don’t stress over every little thing, but making small, intentional swaps where we can has felt really important to us. Inside our home, we try to create a space that feels as low tox and supportive as possible — slowly choosing better options over time. Outside of our home, we simply try to make the best choices we can with what’s available. It’s not always perfect, and that’s okay. For us, it’s less about doing everything “right” and more about reducing overall exposure in a way that feels realistic and aligned for our family. pov: traveling with a toddler ✈️ a very early wake up call, a morning flight from Ottawa, and a little turbulence (which made things interesting for Wrennie - thank goodness for spare outfits). a layover in Chicago, where we met up with my family, then finally made it to Florida. honestly, it was such a good travel day. we just roll with it and keep expectations very low… and wow, kids are so resilient. grabbed our bags, picked up the rental car, and headed straight to our fave @fonville.press for lunch. we rented a crib + highchair from @beachbabycribs and having everything set up at the airbnb when we arrived was so convenient. will definitely be doing that again. got Wrennie settled, did a grocery run, and now we’re ready for a slow week by the ocean ☀️ let me know your favourite places on 30A 👇🏻 #30a #30alife #travelwithtoddler #motherhoodmoments #intentionalliving
