Recreating an iconic @janetjackson costume and making it feel like a true replica, something straight from auction, was the direction from
@teyanataylor and it was achieved. The sourcing alone was almost as intensive as the handwork, constantly mixing pieces and being extra resourceful to figure out how to bring it all together, it’s not easy finding and constructing things from over 30 years ago. Then Janet herself called it gorgeous… unreal.
This business comes with sacrifice, but moments like this make it worth it. Being appreciated and approved by women this iconic is just beyond. Grateful to Teyana for always showing love. Honored to create this for @people magazine World’s Most Beautiful issue and to pay homage to Janet through Teyana.

For Coachella week 2, we created a new custom look, a red sheer rhinestone bodysuit with dramatic bell sleeves, designed to move and catch every light on stage. Developed in close collaboration with @sexyyred and brought to life with @temptressarmory , who executed every detail seamlessly. Continuing the vision from week one, pushing it even further.
So proud watching Sexyy take over Coachella again. Club Sexyy came back even stronger.

Shoutout to @blingonthechaosrhinestones for these custom rhinestone trays that are a game changer for stoning in a hurry. Can’t wait to show you all the full set!
Get it Sexyy! Get it Sexyy! So proud of this moment. I collaborated closely with @sexyyred on this look from concept to stage. Every detail was intentional… the rhinestones, fringe, and lace felt so right for Coachella, and we even created custom red crystal pasties to complete the look. We took it all the way down to the sneakers, fully covered in red lace. Huge thank you to @temptressarmory executing this look with me so beautifully! You are truly amazing!!
We also worked together on the outfit for the billboard at the beginning of the video, making this moment feel even bigger from start to finish.
Watching Sexyy close out the first night of Coachella with a massive crowd was incredible. Club Sexyy showed up and showed out.

Ever since meeting @laureldewitt I knew I wanted to shoot with her (she’s so talented) so when the opportunity arose your boy hopped on a flight to Vegas and made it happen. This shoot was everything I wanted and more, western, editorial, jewels, red, lighting. Everything working in cohesion with each other.
