A week late, but still something I really want to share!
As a producer, we see a lot of amazing ideas come by our desks that never see the light of day. This was one of those ideas that we all had our doubts would come to life. What kind of production partners would take on filming, editing and scoring a 24hour long video?(shoutout to @skinandbonesfilm , @smileandwavetoronto & @ta2soundandmusic )
We all started breaking it down – are we creating 12 feature length documentaries, 96 x :15sec commercials, editing 2.1 Million frames? Not possible.
But 8 months later, turns out it was not only very possible but also one of the most fulfilling and humbling projects I’ve had the privilege of working on.
From time to time, a production comes your way that is bigger than advertising. This project hit particularly close to my heart – honouring the 8 million unpaid Canadian caregivers across Canada. Being pregnant throughout the entire production and having close family braving the realities of caregiving, meeting all these warrior families across Canada was a true blessing.
Thank you to the whole team who not only made this happen, but made it a pleasure to work on every step of the way.
Check out 24HoursOfCare.ca. You can scrub through the entire 24hour video and see how a day never ends for a caregiver.

Happy birthday Papa Evan! Emerson, Nanna and I sung you happy birthday on the boat. Emerson was the most in tune between the three of us 🤦🏽♀️
Thanks for making all my dreams come true. ❤️
