My first head spa experience today at @gili.headspa was nothing short of serene 🫶🏻
(If you’re like me, I wasn’t really sure what happened at a head spa before, so I shared most of the steps here so you can learn and see all of the magical tinctures, holistic teas, and healthy serums applied with massage and pressure points!)
With every one of the 10 steps of their signature scalp and hair routine, I felt a new built up layer of stress melt away, seriously. So needed after a long week of bridal fashion, heritage events, and running a business mostly as an army of one.

Enjoying this throwback 2016 trend right now because for me it was sort of the catalyst year I became who I am now, and I love young me for that.
It was the year I backpacked alone, lived in Ireland, worked grueling bar hours to get my money up, did my first accidental model shoot, and started to explore fashion in my everyday life. (Also the debut of Blackpink, I was and still am an original fan!!)
