From production AV solutions & programming a run of show for 500 nationwide pastoral residents, to the curation of an intimate donor experience that took place simultaneously — it was a full but very impactful time with our long time friends.
When you’re running two concurrent programs across multiple venues, coordination with multiple Launchpad teams was mission critical. We had a blast!

Day one of our client’s first-ever Founders Weekend was nothing short of incredible!
This client first came to us after attending one of our past major donor weekends as guests, and seeing firsthand that these gatherings are more than just events — they’re powerful storytelling moments that drive real ROI.
From transporting guests into the White House, to a star-studded opening reception & program, to closing the night with a private U.S. Capitol tour (led by a very special guest guide 👀) — every moment was designed and executed down to the smallest detail by our comprehensive team.
And this was only day one!
Great weather, 40+ food trucks, bounce houses, mobile video gaming, live music, “fuzzy” friends and a movie night under the stadium lights!
It was another epic year with the remarkable @bayloruniversity family and all we can say is “wow!”
We are blown away by a university that pours out so its people feel loved, cared for, and valued. Our team has the BEST time designing and managing this one-day festival and movie night for 5000 faculty, staff, and family members!

Millions were raised. Hearts were moved. And the mission of @nationsofcoaches continues stronger than ever.
Our team at Launchpad helped design and transform a basketball gymnasium for the event, develop the branding and designed, and outfit the evening with production AV and programming support.
