💬 I haven’t posted here on @instagram in a while… I’ve been pretty off the grid, and a lot of people don’t really know what I’ve been working on lately. For the past year, I’ve been building AirKitchenz — a platform that helps restaurants earn new revenue from unused kitchen hours, and helps chefs, caterers, and food entrepreneurs launch or expand without leases, build-outs, or big risk. Think: the Airbnb for restaurant kitchens. Look. Book. Cook. And yesterday… we hit a huge milestone. ⸻ 🏆 AirKitchenz won 1st place at SoCal Startup Day Out of 100+ startups pitching, we took home the Top Pitch Award. I pitched twice — a 90-second opener and a 3-minute finals pitch with Q&A — and we won the entire competition. It’s a major validation of the problem we’re solving and the mission we’re building.
