Three years of Latha.Three years of gathering, growing, and finding our rhythm together.
This one felt different.
To have James Beard Foundation recognize Chef Digby Stridiron as a TasteTwenty chef for 2026… and to bring that moment home to Phoenix — with our full team, our people, our energy — that’s something we don’t take lightly.
We got to do what we love, in the city that’s poured so much into us.
Thank you to @thegladly for opening your doors and creating space for such a special night. And thank you to every guest, every supporter, every familiar face that continues to show up for us.
Three years in, and it still feels like the beginning. We’re grateful. Always 💛
Three years later… and the room still finds its rhythm 🧡
You’re invited to celebrate Latha with us on April 23—the only way that feels right—start slow, let it build, and see where the night takes you.
A welcome reception to ease in, then a four-course dinner by Chef Digby Stridiron—piri piri, berbere, jerk, tamarind… flavors that traveled, met, and became something new on the plate.
All carried by the sound of Coco Watson moving through the room.
It’s the kind of night where dinner turns into a moment… and the moment turns into a memory.
And truly—thank you.
We wouldn’t be here without the love, the energy, and the community that continues to show up for us.

WHAT A NIGHT 💫
Thank you to @jbftasteamericaphx@chefdigby@lathaphx for such an incredible night celebrating food, culture & hospitality this past Sunday here at The Gladly.
We had a great time bringing together friends, family & our community to enjoy a menu crafted by @chefdigby@chefberniekantak and our team ❤️
Let’s do it again?
This is how we do fish.
Roasted Branzino layered with garlic, curried mushrooms, butternut squash rundown, and bright pikliz.
Comforting. Unexpected. Balanced.
One bite and the whole table leans in.

Real growth happens when we invest in people. 💛
On 3TV, We Rise shared how Local First Arizona is backing Black entrepreneurs across the state, and how graduates like Evilia Davis of LATHA are building businesses rooted in culture, community and collaboration. This is what economic impact looks like in real time.
