Measuring clothes is something I’m not particularly used to. Give me a hoodie in size M or jeans in size 32 and I’m set. But now, I can’t cut corners anymore. If I want anything I wear to fit correctly, measurements must be taken at all times. Different clothing, different manufacturers, and different brands have various ranges of measurements. I wouldn’t feel right dropping off a hoodie that small enough to fit my 5 pound Yorkie but the sizing label says “Medium”. 😂 You learn something new everyday. Selectively or passively. Let’s talk about rebranding in 2026. New samples just came in! Thanks @emerald_sims for being the first supporter ❤️ Story time: I started Last Round in 2024 with 24 t-shirts, $250, and an urge to make clothing for myself and the breaking community. I’ve given over 15 years of dedication to the art form but never really branched out into other fields within the culture. For my first drop, I brought my clothes to the Paris Olympics where Breaking had its debut. I thought it was a perfect opportunity to launch 🚀 The name “Last Round” came from the moment where the MC calls “Last Round” for the dancers to do their best at the end. Go all out! Say what you need! && to leave it on the dance floor! I took those shirts to Paris. Gave some away. Sold a few. Met people I respected. Heard love and got respect for what I was doing. And yeah… I didn’t make all my money back but I learned something about business within the culture. Bruh, it was hard. I tried to move like a real clothing brand overnight. With capsules, drops, content, teams, but no true story. So, with a comeback that nobody asked for, 2026 will be about slowing down and doing what I can. Create pieces of clothing that people can cypher in AND not break the bank. Smaller runs. Better quality. Fewer people, more intention.
