- ‘ ’ …, … , … , … , …__________We went back Down Under for another unforgettable edition of Midnight Mafia This year’s theme, “The Empire State” told the story of a retired Mafia boss reflecting on the rise of his empire and the characters that shaped it. Each chapter of the story was connected to the performing artists, bringing every set to life through its own personality and narrative.Inspired by the theme, we developed a conceptual storyline and shaped the visual direction for the stage design. From there, we created custom show audio, fully themed visuals and detailed timecode scripting, bringing every element together seamlessly. Rave Of The Year sold out within 24 hours, setting the tone for an unforgettable hard-techno spectacle.From the ecstatic crowd to the next-level lighting and show design, every element came together exactly as it should at a stadium-scale rave.For this event, we had the privilege of shaping some of the event’s biggest moments by creating custom artist intros, show-scripting both the opening show and the anthem show, and live show-directing the event to keep every moment perfectly in sync. Over 200 light fixtures, 1000 meters of LED strips, 27 moving LED rings, over 350m2 of LED screen, time-coded visuals, lasers, special FX and various surprise guest appearances all seamlessly tied together while Franky stayed fully in control, delivering a powerful 4-hour long live DJ set.Shoutout to Franky and everyone involved!
