Grimm Tales
Dramaturg & Co-creator, @cssdlondon
“The Grimm Brothers put pen to paper over 200 years ago and left us with a legacy of bedtime stories that have been haunting us ever since. […] In these new episodes of Rapunzel, Little Red Riding Hood, Cinderella, Hans My Hedgehog, and A Celebration of Underground Creatures, we spin storytelling itself on its head and ask questions of how narrative informs culture and identity and vice versa. “
Directed by Rachel Valentine Smith
Performed & Co-created by BA Acting Collaborative and Devised Theatre 2026.
With many thanks to all the brilliant cast ,creatives and crew who made this wondrous show.

‘Her Own Way’ , is a comedy-drama following a chaotic evening in a matriarchal household. The play is set in a hypothetical near future, where assisted dying is freshly legalised in the UK. Edith, an elderly woman with a terminal illness, is first in line for assisted dying and wants to spend her final night in peace watching the soaps - her daughter and granddaughter have other plans.
