and back into my body. Back into the moment.
I don’t see it as something I have to do -
It something I get to do. Holding space, moving, breathing with others. It shifts something in me every time.
It reminds me why I love it. Why I keep showing up.

Maybe #earthday is less about looking outward, and more about remembering. That you are not separate from nature. You are part of it. And just like it, you were never meant to be anything other than enough. You already are. 🌍
